Its name is inspired by the door inside the room, decorated with birds and leaves. In this one-bedroom apartment,
every detail invites you to
relax and
enjoy the beauty of the village and the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

- Private bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area (induction hob, fridge, kettle, tableware, pots, pans, moka pot, etc.)
- Small balcony and shared reading area
- Heating for those who love Tuscany and the sea in winter
- Air conditioning is not available, as the village is naturally cool and breezy, especially in the evening
- Bed linen and towels
- Beach umbrella, beach towels, picnic containers, cooler bag, freezer ice packs and reusable water bottle
for the beach.

Casa Camino Spento
A welcoming one-bedroom apartment featuring a fireplace* typical of homes in the Tuscan hills.
Perfect for those who love quiet, slow-paced holidays or need a comfortable base for e-bike or cycling trips.
* The fireplace is decorative only and must not be lit for any reason.

Prices
PRICE PER NIGHT, PER APARTMENT, FOR 2 PEOPLE:
- Low season: €105
- Mid season: €120
- High season: €135
- 3rd person supplement: 7€ per night. 4th person supplement: 7€ per night.
- End-of-stay cleaning is included.
- If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, the cost is €60 per cleaning.
- For stays of more than 7 nights, bed linen and towels will be changed every 7 nights.
- If you would like your bed linen and/or towels changed before then,
this can be arranged at a cost of €15 per set of bed linen and €5 per set of towels (1 face towel, 1 bath towel and 1 bidet towel).

A few things to know before you leave
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
We will send you all the information before your arrival, so you can organise everything in the way that is most convenient for you.
If you have any special timing requirements, write to us and we will see what we can do for you!
Can the property be reached by car?
Yes, you can drive up to the entrance to load and unload your luggage. There is also free parking nearby.
In any case, before you arrive we will give you all the directions you need to get around easily.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is by the Tomboli Pine Forest and Marina di Cecina, about a 12-minute drive from our holiday home.
